1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Viloxx platform (viloxx.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Nigerian laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and transact on Viloxx.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Viloxx reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
• Each user may maintain only one account.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors must complete KYC verification before listing products.
• All product listings must be accurate, including pricing, descriptions, images, and availability.
• Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders within the agreed delivery timeframe (24–72 hours unless stated otherwise).
• Vendors must maintain sufficient inventory for listed products and promptly update stock levels.
• Vendors are solely responsible for product quality, authenticity, and compliance with Nigerian consumer protection laws.
• Vendors must respond to buyer messages and support tickets within a reasonable timeframe.
• Vendors must not list prohibited items (see Section 7).
• Commission fees and subscription fees are deducted as per the vendor's selected plan.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers must provide accurate shipping information at checkout.
• Buyers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and seller ratings before purchasing.
• Buyers must not abuse the return/refund system or file fraudulent dispute claims.
• Buyers agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including shipping and platform service fees.
• Buyers must confirm receipt of delivered orders within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Payments & Escrow

Viloxx uses an escrow payment system to protect both buyers and vendors. When a buyer places an order, the payment is held in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt of the product or the confirmation window expires.

• Payments are processed through Paystack or other approved payment gateways.
• Funds are released to the vendor only after delivery confirmation or auto-confirmation after 48 hours.
• A platform commission fee is deducted from each vendor payout as per their subscription plan.
• A buyer-side secure payment fee of 1% (min ₦50, max ₦2,000) applies to each order.
• Viloxx is not a bank and does not pay interest on held escrow funds.
• Vendors may request withdrawals to their registered payout methods subject to the minimum threshold.

6. Refund Policy

• Buyers may request a refund if a product is not delivered within the agreed timeframe.
• Refunds may be issued for damaged, counterfeit, or significantly misdescribed products.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Approved refunds are returned to the buyer's original payment method or as store credit.
• Buyers who select Cash on Delivery and refuse delivery without valid reason may be restricted from future COD orders.
• Vendor payouts for refunded orders will be reversed from the vendor's wallet balance.

7. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited on Viloxx:

• Illegal drugs, narcotics, and controlled substances
• Firearms, ammunition, and weapons
• Counterfeit or pirated goods
• Stolen property
• Hate speech materials or adult content
• Tobacco and alcohol (unless properly licensed)
• Live animals
• Prescription drugs without proper authorization
• Any item prohibited under Nigerian law

Vendors found listing prohibited items will have their listings removed and may face account suspension or permanent ban.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Buyers and vendors are encouraged to resolve disputes through the Viloxx chat system first.
• Unresolved disputes may be escalated to Viloxx support for mediation.
• Viloxx's decision on escalated disputes is final and binding.
• Any legal action arising from disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
• The courts of Rivers State, Nigeria, shall have jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Viloxx is a platform that connects buyers and vendors. We are not a party to transactions between them.
• Viloxx is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of vendor products.
• Viloxx is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the platform fees collected from the user in the preceding 12 months.
• Viloxx does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform availability.

10. Intellectual Property

The Viloxx name, logo, branding, and all platform content are the intellectual property of AI TECH GLOBAL VENTURES. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

11. Amendments to Terms

AI TECH GLOBAL VENTURES reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
